吴富平现为帝国理工学院NHLI博后。2022.06-2025.12作为牛津大学纽菲尔德人口健康系博士后研究员，从事医学图像分析研究。导师为 Bartlomiej Papiez 教授， 共同负责人为 Thomas E. Nichols 教授。
2021年于复旦大学统计系获得博士学位，师从 庄小海教授与 范剑青教授。 博士课题主要聚焦于多模态医学图像分割中的域自适应，以及图像分类与分割的半监督学习。
目前研究方向为疾病相关特征提取的基础模型与多任务学习，旨在发现能反映疾病进展的生物标志物或表型， 用于遗传分析。
Fuping Wu is a postdoctoral researcher in Imperial College London, before which he worked in medical image analysis at the Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford. He is supervised by Prof. Bartlomiej Papiez and co-PI Prof. Thomas E. Nichols.
He obtained his PhD from the Department of Statistics, Fudan University in 2021, supervised by Prof. Xiahai Zhuang and Prof. Jianqing Fan. His PhD focused on domain adaptation for multi-modal medical image segmentation, and semi-supervised learning.
Currently he works on foundation models and multi-task learning for disease-related feature extraction, aiming to identify meaningful biomarkers indicating disease progress for genetic analysis. Future interests include federated learning, reinforcement learning, image registration, and incremental learning.
